Now THAT’S something different!! I think it is a Wall Spider (not a Flattie) in genus Oecobius. We don’t have any photos from the genus on the site. There are 7 species in North America. https://bugguide.net/node/view/15155 Bugguide has sightings in Texas and Oklahoma. They mostly only go to genus level. The exception is O. naveus, which looks different than yours. They generally have the white femur bands and the tiger-like markings in common with yours. I found a few photos online of them in the same posture as yours.
