This picture is her underside. Her legs and body are just like a western black widow!???
Hi, False Widows are almost the same shape as Widows, with no hourglass. They are in the same family, Theridiidae. The venom is drastically less potent to humans, nothing to worry about at all. I can’t see the details from your photo. I’m working with your description and location. There are Western Black Widows, genus Latrodectus, in Washington, but you are more likely to find False Widows in genus Steatoda. At least one species of False Widows can kill and eat Black Widows!
