Black Lace Weaver, Amaurobius ferox.
That looks similar to my unwanted guest
They do have a similar body shape to Wolf Spiders and the same velvety texture. I have Black Lace Weavers in my cellar, they’re very docile. Thank you for trying to find the answer through our site. I appreciate the effort. Your spider doesn’t naturally live in full-time in houses like these. It won’t do any harm though.
Thank you!
