Hi, this is a male Cobweaver, Steatoda borealis. They aren’t dangerous to people. He might bite as a warning if skin was pressed against him, but the venom isn’t medically dangerous. I’m in the 603 too and have this species guarding my house indoors and out. They are good for catching flies and mosquitoes. So, they really earn their keep.
