The spider was photographed in my apartment. My guess is that they bite humans as I have some nasty bumps on my skin and got them quite regularly(once a week)

Steatoda triangulosa I think.Rarely bites and their venom is non toxic to human

Thanks! I think your identification is correctly. I checked the World Spider Catalog and yes, Steatoda triangulosa is found in that region.
