Its has a white/grey/silver pattern on the back and is overall black might be a cobweb but they're brown i think

Yes, it is a Cobweaver. The appearance of the color varies with the intensity and angle of light, in my own experience. If you shine bright light at an angle to the spider, it might look red or brown. Direct dorsal light looks black or dark brown. The age and number of molts it has had might be a factor too. This looks like Steatoda paykulliana to me, but there are many Steatoda species that could be in your area that I don’t have comparison images for.
