I'm almost sure it belongs to the Larinia genus, but dont know exactly to what species

Hi there this could be Micrommata virescens

maybe, but i`m not sure beause this one was actually in a web (the thing is that it was destroyed and only a little part of it remained and is not seen in th photo). I found spiders like this very often when i went out to take photos of bugs around my house during the last two months of the last year, they used to build webs between the leaves of high grass, but now i barely find them.
