This spider was found in a mailbox and has a web in the way back, a better picture than the one I post earlier. It lives with another smaller spider.

Nice! Your Western Black Widow in its web. The smaller one is probably male, but Black Widow females are known for killing their mates…..maybe they never mated and they’re just in “The Friend Zone?”
