I thought it was a brown recluse, but it is not.

So this thing looks a lot like a hobo spider, but it’s on the other side of the planet from previous reported sightings. There were a whole bunch of them, many different sizes too, from quarter size to dime size. This one stopped so I could photograph him.
It looks like a Wolf Spider, family Lycosidae. They are not dangerous to people. The next step is to find out which Wolf Spider species are in South Korea. The online World Spider Catalog documents all known spider species. I’ll try to search by family level of taxonomy + South Korea.
