I found her inside my room by this window about a week ago, and I've been letting her live in peace as she's beautiful and very fast, hard to catch. I don't want to kill her, and I don't know what kind of spider she is. I just hope she can't give me any kind of nasty bite if she makes her way near my bed at night.. Please help. The picture I just took here is a decent quality, and her markings must mean something easily identifiable but all I've found online are zebra spiders (clearly not), or weavers (perhaps?), and false widows.
