Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This looks like an Orb-weaver in the genus Eustala.

This is 1 of 8 I found dead in the same area on my porch. My husband had just taken down a light fixture to get a wasp nest out when I found them. I don’t know if they were in there or if they were somewhere else and the recent exterminator visit killed them. They are very small, about half the size of my pinky nail.
