Anyone knows what this spider is? Dangerous?

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is one of the Golden Silk Orb-weavers (Nephila sp.), maybe N. fenestrata (Black-legged Nephila). I’m not certain though, so filing to genus. Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance. Everyone’s immune system is different though.
