Hi. Sure looks like a giant house spider, Eratigena duellica. A least concern spider.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Hobo Spider, Eratigena agrestis. Despite the reputation they have they are not currently considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though.
