Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Woodlouse Hunter (Dysdera crocata). They’re not considered to be a medically significant spider, but they are capable of biting and have big jaws so I don’t doubt a bite would hurt. They’re only likely to bite in self-defense though and tend to keep to themselves. I usually find them under rocks and patio bricks and they’re typically placid. Just don’t poke one in the face with your finger. 🙂
