Hi my friend in Chicago found this badboy in her basement, can anyone tell us what it is and should she be worried?

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Woodlouse Hunter (Dysdera crocata). Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered dangerous to people – everyone’s immune system is different though. They’re not anything to worry about, they have big jaws for eating woodlice/pill bugs.
