I was bit on my leg by something and flipped chair over and this was under with egg sack. I looked under another chair and saw same one with egg sack. Anyone know what this is?
The bite place hurts. And has a small red ring. I’m watching it. She had a big egg sack.
These spiders carry their egg clusters in their mouth parts and pedipalps. You may have been seeing an old food bolus.
Pain to touch may be something other than a bite,so many things can mimic bites.
If you are concerned, perhaps a doctor visit.
I have only studied venomous bites and by no means a doctor.
Hi,This is one of the cellar spiders (daddy longleg spiders) in the Pholsidae family.
Considered totally harmless, possibly the most common house spiders in the world.
If this is the biting culprit, no worries, most wouldn’t notice a bite.
