Iām going to guess this is a False Black Widow. Found in portland Oregon hiding in one of the wheels of a steel car tire dolly in our garage. My dad was removing the little wheels of the dolly to re-grease and repair them, and out she/he fell!
She was quite calm, not aggressive, and was quite happy when I opened the lid of the pill jar I kept her in to coax her out into a leaf.

A female triangulate cobweb spider, Steatoda triangulosa species.
Generally considered a harmless house spider,they can be found in many protected places.

How did you differentiate her from Steatoda grossa?
Different abdominal pattern, stripes on the legs. S. grossa‘s pattern is a little simpler.
