I have a lot of spiders in house- we are at the pundits level. I find wolf and hobo spiders all the time. This one in particular creeped me out as I have never seen one like this!

Hi, and welcome to the site. This sure looks like a common household cobweb spider called a triangulate spider. Steatoda triangulosa species. Quite an innocuous house spider.
