slow moving, roughly size of 50 cent piece with legs out, legs would stick out passed edge a bit

Hi, and welcome to the site. Your little friend is a female crevice weaver, Filistatidae family, Kukulcania genus. Two possible species are southern house spider, K. Hibernalis and Arizona black hole spider K. arizonica. Regarded as totally harmless, a truly fascinating spider, one of my extensive studies.

A hunch,but the fovea on the carapace looks K. arizonica.

I have one of these living in my Rio Rancho Art studio. I have a photo, but I don’t know how to attach it. It looks like a mouse spider to me. What do you think it is?mine is in a kind of funnel web and most likely female. She’s nocturnal.
