Anyone know what kind of spider this is?This was found crawling on my kitchen counter. You can't tell now but it had some light color on its back before I sprayed it. I can't help but be freaked out by spiders I know most won't do any harm but still get the heebie jeebies

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is an Eastern Parson Spider, Herpyllus ecclesiasticus.
Thank You! Why does my parson spider look so different from sveta075’s parson spider? Body and legs on mine look different. Sveta’ s more freaky lookin’.
Looks to me like gender,Sveta075’s is male, yours looks female.
Why do spiders note? Are they hungry? Or is it them acting defensive? I used to get clusters of small hard pink bumps on my hands and arms when I was younger, living in my father’s very old house, mom finally took me to Dr and he said spider bites. They would itch but when I itched they would hurt.
I really don’t know of any spider that causes such rash. something that might, you are going to notice the bite. When a doctor tells me I got a spider bite, that really means the doctor has no clue as to the source.
these can sting a bit,I have only been bitten by one and much like a mild bee sting. Hefty as spiders go, most others not near the pain. Spiders are only going to bite humans in defense, if they can run, they will.
