Found up inside a hollowed out tree about 5' above the ground near a stream. I think it might be a Dark Fisher Spider possibly. It was a little bigger than a quarter worth legs outspread.

Hi. the eyes look like dark fishing spider, you might compare here.

They can look big for chilling with their legs spread.
