Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Dark Fishing Spider, Dolomedes tenebrosus.
It is a lot bigger than 25 mm
Spider measurements only measure body length and do not include legs.
This one is about 50 mm from mandibles to spinnerettes. Not sure how to post another pic for size reference
