Hey everyone. My son is stationed in Hohenfels, Germany. He took this pic earlier in his bathroom in the barracks where he lives. Idk much about it, but I know he’s concerned, so I figured I’d ask the experts for help. Thank you I’m advance.

Hi, your image has been filed. See above image for ID. 🙂 I’m not familiar with the species in Germany but ones that look like this are often placed in the genus Zelotes. They’re not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though.
