Think this is a Heteropoda venatoria
(Huntsman Spider) but I'm not sure. It's not familar with this in my area. Eastern shore maryland. It's been super hot and wet this summer. I'm seeing new species lately.

I know the huntsman very well and just not seeing that here.
You might compare to Pisaurina mira.
