I am guessing that this is a White banded fishing spider

It’s either a White-banded or Dark-banded Fishing Spider. I can’t see the “band” in the photo. It would be a black or white line under the face. The Dark Banded often have orange in their leg bands. If I had to guess I would go with White-banded because they are more often found on lumber and worn old trees.
