i think this is an Argiope aurantia off its orb web and taking a stroll… its also known as the black and yelow garden spider, the zipper spider, the zig zag spider and more… there is a picture half way down the attached link of the spider taken from a similar angle as yours….https://bygl.osu.edu/node/1686
