That’s odd! My best educated guess is that it’s a cricket eating something dead. Or it is squished and the guts belong to it.
Bugguide.net is a volunteer website that identifies any US bugs with legs. They might have a better idea. The last pair of legs on this critter are weird, they flare widely and are bent upward. Please let me know if you find the answer.

Acheta Domesticus. Common house cricket. They are no threat of any sort.
(count their chirps, it can tell you the temperature.)
They scavenge on a lot of stuff at/under baseboards, soap scums, like a little janitor.
People also breed them to feed pet spiders.
