This is a giant crab spider. Also known as a huntsman in the family Sparassidae. I am not sure what type of huntsman it is but I am going to guess it is one in the genus Olios. Compare to this one – https://bugguide.net/node/view/1731770/bgimage Huntsman spiders are found in North America but not usually as far north as Canada so I am guessing it came in on a delivery. Its abdomen looks quite shrunken (spent a while in transit??) but you can make out a Y shape on it….Again … I am sure it is a Huntsman but not sure… Read more »
