This is a Cobweb Spider. My best guess from the photo is a Triangulate Cobweaver, Steatoda triangulosa. They’re harmless little spiders that can live indoors or outdoors. They’re very good at catching and killing other bugs around a house. I have a family of Cobweaver siblings patrolling my kitchen. Nothing escapes them, except my dog. 🙂
