No clue what kind, but it was particularly fast. Found in a tiled basement with a smaller individual that looked to be the same species.

Eastern Parson Spiders are like little race cars, speed is what they do well. Hopefully you saw a (small) male chasing a ( larger) female to mate with instead of a female chasing a male to eat. They hunt by chasing prey instead of using webs for hunting.
