It would be best for her to be relocated. She looks young, she’ll have bigger webs later in the season. The paper and cup method is the easiest way. She would like a spot on a fence, especially near a garden, or on a porch frame. They prefer squared manmade structures as bases for their webs. Her venom isn’t medically significant, she’s a beneficial bug hunter.
