I thought this was Pardosa when I took the photo, but not sure. But does anyone have an idea what the bright red globs are on the third leg?

Most probably the red things are mites (acari)

Yes, I agree with Pardosa though I had to zoom in to make out the details. And yes, as mentioned below the red things are most likely mites.
