Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 Your spider looks like the orbweaver Neoscona oaxacensis. I’m placing it to species but consider the ID tentative given the amount of detail in the image and my lack of familiarity with Mexican species, though I did go through the genus to make sure there was nothing else too similar in range.
