Common house spider is my initial guess. But it looks larger and different than those I normally see. Never seen a recluse before. Was on my bedroom wall. Size of a penny. Ten minutes later, found a second one.

Hi, this might have been Steatoda triangulosa, a Triangulate Cobweaver. The angle of the photo is tricky.
