Found Inside new construction house about 1/4” long body 3/8”-1/2” as pictured. It jumped when I got to close

Hi, this is a Jumping Spider (Salticidae) as you’ve probably already gathered. 🙂 More specifically this looks like it would be Hentzia palmarum.
