I’ve never seen this type before and am curious to know what it is and is it poisonous! Also went out about 10 minutes later to get another look and it was NOWHERE to be found.
Hi, this is a Dark Fishing Spider (Dolomedes tenebrosus). Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance, and are unlikely to bite except in self-defense. 🙂
