Sac spider, possibly Cheiracanthium sp?

Yes, it might be Cheiracanthium. I’m conservative with the IDs when they’re found outdoors though.
This one was on my back kitchen steps and I always saw several of them at a time in and around my daughter’s play house at night. I rarely see spiders inside out house aside from the basement. There’s a vacant rundown house behind us that I assume becomes a big spider party during the winter, haha!

I bet, I think those sorts of thoughts when ever I see some unusual terrain on the road side. But trespassing and knowing I’d look like a crazy person poking through the weeds usually keeps me from looking.
