Comments & ID Thoughts
This little chap shot across my kitchen table and dived into a drop of tea which it then spent a good fifteen minutes drinking/bathing in. I love the Faberge egg it appears to be carrying on its back. It's about 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch in size and I've noticed today that it is trying to spin a web in my kitchen.

Hi, I think this may be Steatoda grossa with more golden pigment in its markings than usual. It is delightful that you served a false black widow tea 🙂
Hi, this is a Noble False Widow, Steatoda nobilis. I also like that he’s drinking your tea. 🙂
