Hi, this is a Wolf Spider (Lycosidae), looks like Tigrosa annexa. They’re not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though so of course see a doctor if you have any symptoms that give you cause for concern. I hope you have a quick and uneventful recovery.
