HI there this spider maybe a huntsman spider but there not really aggressive so I dont think this spider bit you :3

Hi, this is a male Funnel Weaver/Grass Spider, Agelenidae. There are a few similar genera in CA.

Bites are usually from blood sucking insects. Like most spiders these have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance (everyone’s immune system is different though) and are unlikely to bite except in self defense.
