Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Cellar Spider (Pholcidae/, Pholcus) so it’s appropriate that you found it in a basement/cellar. As far as spiders in houses go these are of “least concern”. They’re good pest control and can take on less desirable bugs much larger than themselves.
