Hi, yes this is an orbweaver. It is a tricky one. I think the closest species in Australia is Eriophora biapicata. It has the line down the abdomen, red legs, and longish tan hairs. The trouble is that the species was only named in 1980. Another species, Eriophora transmarina, can only be differentiated by examining the genetalia. The spiders may not be different species at all. So, at least I’m fairly sure the genus is Eriophora. The World Spider Catalog lists both as accepted.
