Hi. This is a female giant crab spider,AKA huntsman spider, Sparassidae family,Heteropoda venatoria species.
?w=600&ssl=1
One of my favorite spiders, quite harmless. Good bug catchers and fast enough to run down those huge cockroaches.
Quite a challenge to catch, but gentle giants. They are called cane spiders in Hawaii.

I love their white mustache, had a male live in my room a couple months near Lakeland.
Thanks for the information im new to florida so im getting adjusted to all the new spiders , i see alot of them because i service water filtration systems
Cool, there is quite a fauna of great spiders in Florida, the dangerous one is the southern black widow. The west most counties in the panhandle are known to have brown recluse also.
(I miss my Florida spiders)
They won’t bite unless your skin is against them in some way. Since you aren’t used to the critters of Florida I recommend wearing work gloves when you reach into any place that you can’t see fully. That applies to anywhere 😉 I wear nitrile coated gloves. The nitrile coating is supposed to be for grip, but I like it for puncture resistance.
