Found her in an irregular looking web inside an outdoor storage bin. I live on Long Island, NY. False black widow? I'm not sure. I appreciate the help.

I’m not sure how to add more photos? She’s small, I’d guess around the size of a black widow. Initially I thought she was all black but I some some brown now

Yes, this looks like the underside of one of the False Widows, Steatoda borealis.

Thank you! I was a little confused because I did some research and read the false black widow is native to the west coast. I was stationed in SoCal and have seen plenty of black widow. Couldn’t figure it out. Thank you!
