Could this be Tigrosa Annexa? How dangerous are these spiders, especially for babies?

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 Yes, this looks like a Tigrosa annexa Wolf Spider. They’re not considered to be of medical significance to people, but everyone’s immune system is different and of course a baby’s isn’t fully developed and they are often more sensitive so I don’t know how one would typically react. They’re not likely to bite except in self defense. If it was found outside I wouldn’t worry about it – they will prey on less desirable insects, just be mindful the baby doesn’t try to pick one up.
