I was not sure what type of spider this was initially but after some digging and looking on spider ID it’s clear it is a Dark Fishing Spider!! It was in the entry to the storage unit my employer has near Greenwood Indiana. I almost stepped on it, I left my foot there for size comparison, not sure if it’s a male or female.
