Curious to what this is. Just moved up to North Ga in a newly built subdivision, no trees just new sod put down. On the driveway and back patio I see tons of these little guys. There pretty quick and once you get close they run back to the grass. Crossing my fingers that there harmless.

Hi, this one looks like a Thin-legged Wolf Spider (Pardosa sp.). They’re not anything to worry over.

Very common spiders. Nothing to worry over. (See above.) Like most spiders they have venom but are not considered to be of medical significance, everyone’s immune system is different though. Here is one similar.
