I thought at first Metaltella simoni, but based on geography, more likely to be Callobius severus, both are “Hacklemesh Weavers” (common name).

Fortunately they are a great type of spider to have around, and they are not dangerous to humans. Here’s some more reading 🙂

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 I agree, this looks like a Callobius. There are a lot of possible similar species in the genus in Washington so I’m just filing to genus.
