From the size, I’m think this may be a fishing spider. The leg span was about 4.5 inches with distinct banding and lacked body stripes I normally associate with Tigrosa

I can’t see the abdomen clearly enough to be certain, but Dolomedes seems accurate from location, size, and banding on the legs.
I agree, Dolomedes tenebrosus The dark fishing spider, member of the nursery web family.
