A Hacklemesh Weaver, Metaltella simoni? I have Amaurobius ferox spiders, nearby. I didn't see this one in person, I'm not sure I can tell them apart. The web looks different than theirs. My husband took this pic for me. The spider was living in rotting lumber piled on asphalt. The web is quite long! I have a second photo if desired.
